IVisa was definitely simpler than the application process on the government website - the only complaint I have is the response time, it could definitely be faster but all in all it was a very easy process. If I’m in a jam I’ll definitely use them again.
Good site, but toomany repaeated estages providning the same information already informed
Very good experience overall (frequent and timely communications, very good user support). I would just suggest to clarify the e-mail message when the Certificate is not (or no longer) necessary ("order canceled" is not clear enough). Thank you
The service was quick however some of the means of entering data is archaic for example entering your birthday if you’re 60 years old you have to click 72 times to enter your birth date there’s no way to just enter the numbers their IT guys need to address this -sent via iphone voice texting-
My affidavit came later than the 24 hour time but it was very useful at the airport
You have been giving a feedback at every step. Just find processing time to long for an online application.
We applied for our Argentina ETA 1 month ahead with 16 days average processing time. Got it 14 hours before our flight. On that part the effort seemed great and it's worth to pay the extra money for the application if you are short in time since they appear to have contacts at the embassy. However one thing left us dissatisfied. We actually needed to call and text them quite often to ask for the status of our order because we didn't get any update. I expected ivisa to keep us updated regularly for the last few days before our flight without us inquiring. That part could be handled better. All in all, I must say that it's quite convenient to apply for a visa through ivisa and it's nice that you can contact them to ask about the status of your visa.
