Very frustrating for people over 70 not use to processing applications on line
I paid for the 10 day delivery of my Visa and it took well over 20 days, the excuse was it was Cambodian Government !!!!
I am still waiting on my Vietnam visa also my husbands Cambodia and Vietnam visa then I will reassess
It’s so mach expensive.so I want need cancel. I heated from Cambodia fee is $36.
I would expect that once I provided my passport info and copy, iVisa would be able to access it for further applications. Why do I have to supply the same information multiple times?
The process is fast and efficient and for that, I would give it 5 stars. However, it is unreasonably pricy.
iVisa did exactly what they said they would, and did so rather promptly. So why the 3-star review? Because they use unfair pressure tactics on their website to force overspending on services. After the Cambodian visa processing website was unable to process my credit card due to a widespread credit card processing error, I turned to iVisa. iVisa charges a $25 fee on top of the standard price of the visa (which is only $32, so a substantial sum, but hey, all services have a cost eh?). However, when I went to the website to book my visa request, I was forced to take the expedited 2-day option, despite the fact I still had 3 full days left to process the visa request (I was up and posting the request at 4am South East Asia time; well before they actually begin their working day). So for a process that would have led to me receiving my visa on time even without the extra day expedition, I was forced to pay an additional $55 for a whopping total fee of $112 to process my visa. And given the situation I could do nothing but accept being strong-armed into paying this fee.
My 48hour visa for Cambodia arrived after a week , In all fairness the Cambodian Gov were responsible for the delay due to large numbers applying and public holiday . But my first e mail from iVisa said my application was incomplete , this was not the case .
The application process is easy to follow and very prompt in response. Update on minor delay was provided and this was reassuring. However, when trying to print the letter and two visas, the layout is not on separate pages and this is problematic for printing as we are not sure if it is acceptable to split the documents.
I found that the passport uploaded correctly but the photo would not upload. The chat line was helpful and sorted the problem, but between each message to them their response time was very slow. Otherwise very good service.
