The services offered by iVisa are quite misleading. I attempted to use iVisa in order to obtain a visa on very short notice. What I received was preparation of an entry document at an outrageous price. It should also be noted that once I arrived in my destination country, I was able to obtain a visa on arrival. The entry documentation is included with the visa on arrival. Therefore the documents provided by iVisa were useless. It seems that a company that "specializes" in visa documents would have a better understanding of this process. When I expressed my concerns to iVisa, a chat bot pretended to care about the issues I expressed. Save yourself a lot of money and stress. Use government sites for preparing your visas.

I am a little disappointed that it had taken so long to get my Cambodian visa when my Indonesia visa came so quickly but then I guess it’s the country!
It made me feel confident that I had support with my visa however I felt it was more expensive than going through the Government’s own process and website.
It worked but is designed to make you think you are on the official Cambodian visa application site that is almost identical except for the cost.
I’m not too happy as I applied for my Cambodia visa and my friends got their approval within about 4 days and mine is still pending and is due for approval after I fly into Cambodia. So not good

I paid for the 10 day delivery of my Visa and it took well over 20 days, the excuse was it was Cambodian Government !!!!
