The online process was intuitive and there was good follow-up. Documents arrived right on time. One suggestion would be to keep some info on file for a customer so that when they return there is no need to re-enter passport info, upload photo, etc.

I paid for a visa for Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore. I got the visa for Vietnam within 4 weeks. I was told that as per my request, my visa for Cambodia was delayed. I never requested this. Every time a new person sent me a reply about some non-sense that I did not request. My Singapore visa was to be sent to me after I departed for Singapore. When asked about it iVisa said that it was too soon. Then I found our that I did not need a visa for Singapore as an US citizen. IVisa told me that I needed some covid clearance etc paperwork that would be sent on December 26, 2022. I leave on December 25, 2022 !!! Once again you have my arrival date into Singapore wrong. I arrive on the 28th of December !!! AT 1:05 pm. Please make a note of this.
