One of the best if not the best online experience for me in applying for a visa or any other document. The online support was prompt and very supportive. I will definitely recommend it to any of my friends and family or to anyone. One suggestion though, is to be prompted to attach the required documents for the visa application before paying for the application.
Efficient service but very expensive !! I did not checked carefully but going directly to the governmental website to apply for VISA would have make me save a lot of money.

The communication was great at first and the online application very straightforward, however we paid for the fastest visa application and we arrived into the country before we even received the visa. I wasted $300 for nothing as we paid for a separate visa on arrival. I would not use this company or even recommend it to anyone. Waste of money and time.

It has been very easy to get our Cambodia visas. They told us we were going to get our visa en three days, but it was ready en less than two!!!!

Overall a fairly straightforward experience. However, for someone less than competent on a computer organising the photo and the copy of the passport pages could perhaps be a problem.
