I was very happy with the support from iVisa. They charge $20 extra to the government's visa costs ($30) but that is justified, as they arrange quickly, follow up on the proper documents. I was also pleassea with the quick and personal response through email (and maybe even phone), when I had problems in uploading my photo. Do not confuse iVisa with eVisa, as the later charges $90 for the visa.
Extremely easy and convenient. Ordered on a Sunday night and I received it on the following Tuesday. For last minute visas, iVisa is definitely the way to go.

Completion of the form was very easy until right at the end when you ask for a copy of my passport and a photograph. Had you mentioned that at the beginning of the process I would have been prepared for it. THere was a delay in submitting satisfactory copies of these required documents.

I found that the passport uploaded correctly but the photo would not upload. The chat line was helpful and sorted the problem, but between each message to them their response time was very slow. Otherwise very good service.

Great service, second time I've used iVisa. Was a little late coming through this time, but was warned that there was a heavy workload at the time of application. No matter, still weeks until I travel. Would use again - especially if you live far from embassies and want to avoid posting off passports etc.

this was a simple process. some advice to make the process even easier. you should consider advising any applicant at the beginning of the process that they must upload a photo as well as the front page of their passports. this will prevent the applicant from having to stop half way through the visa application process to scan and upload the photo and passport.
