For me iVisa would have got 5 stars, but for their miss leading advert. You fill in the basic information Name, Date of Birth etc. You are then asked to make your payment. Ok you think all done so you pay. But wait after paying so your hooked you must provide a lot more information, which is mandatory Ie Copy of Passport, Passport sized photo, Insurance, Hotel Booking. None of which is covered in their advert before you pay iVisa need to be upfront and tell exactly what documents are needed to obtain a Visa before you start or pay. I had to keep logging out get the information and confirmations from each company before I could complete the application. However once you follow all the rules the service is quick and iVesa do keep you updated on progress I would use them again

I've paid for 3 day standard process and it has been 10 days of waiting. If i knew this I wouldn't pay 20 euros more for this process because it's not a good service. Directly in the goverment office they didn't have this extra cost.

They didn’t deliver on time. They saying super rush services takes 1 business day but they delivered on 3rd day. I lost my flight and business trip. So pls pls dont trust them and plan. Even request to reimburse the super rush service fee also they didn’t. No else to say to them… better go to better service provider.

Happy to have found this site, it is very user-friendly and provides such great information and resources. The only recommendation I have is to keep updating the policies / procedures for the country that are shown in the box when selecting the country. I found that the covid restrictions had changed for the better in one of the countries I was applying for.

Top notch service! Very few businesses in the world have the kind of excellent customer's service that ivisa has. I had numerous problems getting a visa. But this company got it done! They communicated often. Highly recommended. Very much appreciated.
iVisa did exactly what they said they would, and did so rather promptly. So why the 3-star review? Because they use unfair pressure tactics on their website to force overspending on services. After the Cambodian visa processing website was unable to process my credit card due to a widespread credit card processing error, I turned to iVisa. iVisa charges a $25 fee on top of the standard price of the visa (which is only $32, so a substantial sum, but hey, all services have a cost eh?). However, when I went to the website to book my visa request, I was forced to take the expedited 2-day option, despite the fact I still had 3 full days left to process the visa request (I was up and posting the request at 4am South East Asia time; well before they actually begin their working day). So for a process that would have led to me receiving my visa on time even without the extra day expedition, I was forced to pay an additional $55 for a whopping total fee of $112 to process my visa. And given the situation I could do nothing but accept being strong-armed into paying this fee.

They are the best, I was in doubt of their service at first but they really prove their worth to me by getting me my Cambodian E-visa in 24 hours. Very easy process. I had submitted my application with 2 errors, and within 12 hours of submitting it, I received an email explaining in detail the changes I needed to make before my application could be approved. After submitting the required changes, I received my visa within 1 day.

I paid for a rushed fee and was told via email I would be receiving a refund for the rush fee. Then I was told a short time later, also via email that my processing was within the time-frame (it was not) and I would not get a refund. The processing took close to 40 hours and not the 24 i paid for.
My 48hour visa for Cambodia arrived after a week , In all fairness the Cambodian Gov were responsible for the delay due to large numbers applying and public holiday . But my first e mail from iVisa said my application was incomplete , this was not the case .
Do Not use this service, after 17 days i ask them for a refund and then 3 days later they sent me the visa which means i wasted my money as i had already cancel the flight and hotel booking, its a very poor company and unless you want to throw away money
Price is high for non-expedited. Good for when evisa site is having technical issues.
Excellent service. Visa delivered a day later than initially indicated but I had emails from iVisa keeping me updated and explaining it was due to a backlog in processing by the government. As they kept me informed. the delay didn't concern me. I normally get my visas direct through government websites but on this occasion the tourism ministry's payment platform wasn't working so using iVisa was much easier and was worth the extra service fee.

I am very angry with your company. The visa was supposed to be after 2 days and it was after 5. I have contacted you with a request for intervention. all the time I was getting the answer that everything is ok but you have to wait. I had to call the Cambodian embassy myself and only then did I get my visa, so I rate your customer service at 1
Great option when you traveling and don’t have your desktop to resize your passport images, Credit card not working on on the government portals or your having a trouble summiting the visa.

first review 1 star: it took more than 24 hours, but there is no payment back offered. In total it took 2.5 days. but a few days later the extra money was returned. Because of Corona, it took longer than expected.
The application process is easy to follow and very prompt in response. Update on minor delay was provided and this was reassuring. However, when trying to print the letter and two visas, the layout is not on separate pages and this is problematic for printing as we are not sure if it is acceptable to split the documents.
