In term of responsiveness, support and proactiveness , the service is ok but cost is too high
Great efficient response to the issue we were dealing with. Very courteous, quick email responses. Thank you
Easy to complete the forms but unsure why they held the processing up perhaps they were busy but it all came back well within time
The application was clear and concise. Provided you had all in formation available it was quick and easy to complete
I am a little disappointed that it had taken so long to get my Cambodian visa when my Indonesia visa came so quickly but then I guess it’s the country!
It made me feel confident that I had support with my visa however I felt it was more expensive than going through the Government’s own process and website.
I’m not too happy as I applied for my Cambodia visa and my friends got their approval within about 4 days and mine is still pending and is due for approval after I fly into Cambodia. So not good
It was a bit confusing at first and time consuming, but once you get the hang of it, the communication after is very good.
iVisa is very user Friendly. Even old people like me, could do it!
Kept me informed at all times. Had two quibbles 1. Mislaid documents from application 2. Not always available for phone calls. Worked out fine in the end.
Easy to use but had to keep putting the photo of my passport in.The best way was to scan your passport, then save to files, then upload to the site.
Give clear instruction and work in time as a guaranteed. I felt comfortable.
After attempting a couple of other companies versions, ivisa’s process was a lot easier to navigate. Also the application process was nice and quick.
It was good, but it was so expensive, 126€ for 2 Visa is really much
The speed with which I got facilitated to get a visa certificate was so amazing....Big ups to you .....
IVisa was quick and easy to use and when I got something wrong they were very helpful and sorted it out quickly
Thank you for your service! The one and only negative moment was when you asked for photo with credit card twice. It’s not very much comfortable
For me iVisa would have got 5 stars, but for their miss leading advert. You fill in the basic information Name, Date of Birth etc. You are then asked to make your payment. Ok you think all done so you pay. But wait after paying so your hooked you must provide a lot more information, which is mandatory Ie Copy of Passport, Passport sized photo, Insurance, Hotel Booking. None of which is covered in their advert before you pay iVisa need to be upfront and tell exactly what documents are needed to obtain a Visa before you start or pay. I had to keep logging out get the information and confirmations from each company before I could complete the application. However once you follow all the rules the service is quick and iVesa do keep you updated on progress I would use them again
I am very happy to have your service. From the beginning, your team co operate me much how to proceed on. I have a suggestion that you should keep a check list regarding required documents of concerned County before payment so that an applicant can manage the documents before filling in the form. Once again thank you for an excellent service.
Excellent service - very responsive and always kept me informed on the progress of my visa.
Price is high for non-expedited. Good for when evisa site is having technical issues.
Happy with the service, but I found the uploading of photos and my passport a bit tricky.
Fast but sooooo expensive Visa in 20 hours, thank you so much !!!
It would have been helpful if I could have received an email letting me know that some of my passport pictures were not sufficient for our visas. Instead, our timeline got quite close and became a bit stressful.
Overall a fairly straightforward experience. However, for someone less than competent on a computer organising the photo and the copy of the passport pages could perhaps be a problem.
Everything was good, i just had a problem because i made the visa application twice, but about the service all was fine.
You were very good to deal with but you shouldn’t ask for payment until visa is completed. Otherwise great work
They were very patient with me. I had all kinds of trouble sending the pictures of my passport & of me. The trouble was on my end.
Completion of the form was very easy until right at the end when you ask for a copy of my passport and a photograph. Had you mentioned that at the beginning of the process I would have been prepared for it. THere was a delay in submitting satisfactory copies of these required documents.
Great service, second time I've used iVisa. Was a little late coming through this time, but was warned that there was a heavy workload at the time of application. No matter, still weeks until I travel. Would use again - especially if you live far from embassies and want to avoid posting off passports etc.
Honestly, when you asked for our passport scans again, and informed that there would be delay in processing our applications due to heavy volume of applications, I had doubts that I had gone to a trusted website specially when some embassy websites warned of scam sites. Relief that you are the real deal. Thanks.
I never had a problem with my photo on my passport. I have been to a lot of places and got visas with no problem, but it may be that you are very thorough and that is good especially for your country and the visitors safety. Thank you and I am pretty sure my wife and I will enjoy your beautiful country.
It was easy but the suggestion to register with the US Embassy was a little confusing. Not sure why I needed to apply for that as well.
