A bit expensive for what it is but in general good service
Applying for a visa with iVisa was easy to follow. I was kept up to date on a regular basis and my visa arrived within a week. Although I thought it was expensive I realise now it was worth it.Phyllis

The process obtaining the eVisa was easy and I got the eVisa on time as promised.

Tried so many ways to get my visa approval online then I stumbled on IVisa. Honestly took so little time to process and now I’m on my way to Egypt.. I would recommend IVisa so many countries you can apply for visas on the App/Website.. brilliant
Everything was fine except that you spelt my wife’s middle name wrong.
I used iVisa after searching the net for a long time. The price was reasonable...even went down a bit when I ready to apply for Visas. The App is easy to use. The updates I received were calming me down. Just 6 days...Visas are approved.
I tried to fill in the online visa application form on the Egyptian Embassy website. It is poorly designed and very difficult to navigate so I gave up and used iVisa instead. It cost quite a lot more - nearly £60 rather than £25 - but well worth it as using iVisa proved to be a very easy and quick.
Make sure you are on the proper visa application.. when I first applied I was nearly and hour filling up form then I had to leave next day took me 10 mins and much shorter so again make sure it correct form
Experience was pretty good apart from the amount of times I had to download passport pictures.
The speed was good though service a bit expensive as I am told one can get visa on arrival for USD 25
Ist ist much easier to organize the Visa at home than at arrival at the airport. I Hope there ist No Problem at the airport when i will arrive.
Not a bad service but had to put my details in a few time and was quite a bit dearer than if I had waited until I got to the destination airport However it did provide peace of mind as I have already got my visa r before travelling

Easy to do, I am not very technical and I am bad with computers and smartphones etc. But this was easy and clear, only tip I would give / change I would make is to be able to pay with ideal... I don't have a creditcard as is it not that common in the Netherlands so I had to use someone else's card 😀
The process was very simple but it was also long winded and requested some information that was a pain to produce.
The website was easy to navigate. The price said $25 on home page but my options beyond that was an extra $63. Not much I could do
Process is easy. I would give 5 stars If i could read somewhere whether the lead time is in calendar days or working days. This could avoid me paying extra for a rush tariff.
iVisa did a good job for customer service. They helped get the visa efficiently and help to solve the problems very quick. I do enjoy the service. But I would suggest to make online booking more clear. I confused how I got a iVisa plus family membership for one year, even I just wanted to get a visa to visit Egypt. I did feel that the price charged for one country visit is relative high at that time.
Positive: they were quick. Easy to fill out form. Let me know almost instantly that my photo of passport needed retaking. Negative: my friend referred me and she was supposed to get $20 and I was supposed to get 20% off the price. Neither happened
Very quick and easy. Paid extra for the 4 day and it was ready in 2 days. It is a bit expensive compared to paying on arrival.
Easy interface on website to use. Quick review of documents and response time on acceptance. Fees seem to be hidden in application. Those should be posted up front.
although the information gathering was onerous it was made as simple as possible to understand and the visas were obtained within 24 hours
Quick & easy to get my visa although I had to pay for it. One of the cheaper agencies to get my Egypt visa.
Some items not clear. When scanning the requested documents, it does not specify whether they are the documents of the entire family or of each separate member.

What made it easy, having searched for visas on a cruise and so much conflicting information and costing,, I was recommended iVisa. Simple submission form and reasonable cost. Quick and easy service.
I’m traveling from Spain to Baghdad with a one night lay over in Cairo with a friend; I have US passport and him Spanish. We got our visa quickly, but I was charged double than my friend. This I did not liked, I find it unfair.
I appreciated the quick turn-around and the easy application process - but thought it was a bit expensive

It was easy to follow and didn't take long. Only 1 problem and that is that i need to get back in to it to add my insurance details and can't.
I think the service is terrible. It has taken so long to address the problem. I must be talking to a computer. So many mistakes with my name. And I sent you my passport details.

I have to give to them ,they are doing an incredible job and this isn’t a scam or a fake review .struggled with Egyptian embassy in for my mothers tourist visa for last 3 weeks and just happened to cross their page while being on google search and saw very good reviews ,tried them and got the visa within 48hrs . Impressed and I am sorted for all my future travels .just hope thy hadn’t mugged up the letter of passport number -m reassured will be no issue let’s hope so (hence removing one star ) Recommend 100percent .
