Service was there, site was easy & very functional. My issue is the site gives the appearance of an Egyptian govt. site which it is not. The price was $133. U.S. Had I bought this visa @ the Cairo airport it would have been $25. U.S. My visa did arrive in a timely fashion w/o any headaches. I just would have preferred more transparency from the company.

The service is speedy and professional. The only situation I'm experiencing is that I requested a normal processing time vs the express time but I placed the order in error. I informed the attendant and she promised a refund. I have yet to hear back on the refund
I was expecting to have my visa and my wife’s after 6 days , but it lasted about 15 days . Finally , I got them and I can keep my plans. I do acknowledge!!
iVisa helped us get our visa when, for unknown reasons, we were unsuccessful. I'd have rated them 5 stars except for a couple of duplicate computer generated emails. Still, I found iVisa very helpful and responsive.

Your system would not let me insert a photo; however, was able to send my photo and copy of my passport directly by email outside of your application form requests. Your personal correspondence was very responsive, and I appreciate that very much. Completing the application online saves queueing at the airport but is more than twice the price of the buying a visa at the airport. Because if all the potential checks on Covid there will be at Cairo, I made the choice to apply online for my Visa.

AS FOR MY VISA EVERYTHING WENT QUITE WELL, EXCEPT THE PHOTO OF MY PASSPORT. PHOTOS OF DIGITAL PASSPORTS SEEM TO BE TAKEN WITH FLASH. HOWEVER, MY FRIEND COULDN'T HAVE HER VISA BEACAUSE SHE HAS AN IDENTITY CARD AND NOT A PASSPORT, MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE CLEARER ABOUT THIS POINT. ITALIAN LOCAL AUTHORITIES TOLD HER SHE COULD USE THE I.C.DOCUMENT. IN ADDITION, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED ON CHAT TOLD ME YOU WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY REFUNDED MY FRIEND'S APPLICATION COSTS. FORTUNATELY THAT WAS CLEARER ON THE EMAIL.

I found your site easy to use until it was necessary to submit a scan of my passport. The information video was not all that helpful to someone as technologically challenged as myself!t was assumed that clients understood the technical terms while,maybe, like me they were mystified!

Overall a very good experience. But the software does need work. In particular, a couple of screens would not allow you to input data even though it was correct. For example, I was required to input fields with dates that I had previously visited a country that I had not ever been to. But fortunately, the people I worked with on the chat help worked out fine. They were fairly responsive and more importantly, were able to input the correct data to get everything done.
I had a troublesome wait for my Egypt visa although it should have been a formality that it would have been approved. The usual process should take about a week or less but they sent an email telling me of a delay due to high demand when that period expired but then I had to wait a further 2 weeks until I got the confirmation without any communication. I was getting a bit worried there but it is through now.
Excellent responsiveness and service once I flagged that the application was stuck and needed attention. That was 5 star +, but your systems should have identified the problem so you could address it sooner, hence loss of one star.
I shouldn't have to hand over Usernames and Password to cancel a visa application.
The website was not easy to use after a certain point, but the tech support was really great!!

Very fast service! I applied yesterday afternoon and got my visa 24 hour later. One bit to improve, I used a messaging support to find out if it will be feasible for me to use 4 days service and get visa in time for my trip but I didn’t get clear answer. Due to that I went for a super express option which costs double! 🙈 My fault though, forgetting about visa in the first place and dealing with it last minute.
Was fairly easy to apply for, but because we been to Egypt before they wanted to know dates we arrived before. Also downloading our passports wasn't as easy but managed to do it eventually.

Everything was great except when trying to get passport pics uploaded from computer or emailed from my iPhone. Email did not respond and upload keep saying “Net Failure”. This was on May 11, 2019. Tried again the next morning and everything went through. The response with the tourist visa was quick and easy.
It was straight forward and quick although the service charge a bit high .
Great. The only disadvantage that they take the money first and then ask you for documents. Payment should be the last final thing after application, submitting passport photo, last time u visited the country..etc. Ask your questions then ask for money at the end. Otherwise visa arrived on time, no hassle. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Very good service, document download is a bit of a pain as it won't accept Pdf, but good service overall. Kept me updated on status regularly.
The web site does not explain some things very well. Could not figure out how to download visa??? Had to cancel first application and had to apply for second and site wasn't very informative to do this. But I figured it out.... Thanks.
This is a great service, but the application does take a little longer than is stated. However the service is quick and efficient. Good value too.

I got my visa. Shouldn’t have had trouble downloading my passport, but I did. Suggestion-Where I says DOWNLOAD, put an arrow that says PRESS HERE for dummies like me. Then I won’t try to download a document in another way. 🤔
Greetings! iVisa told me it would take 3 days for my vissa to arrive, when in reality it took 4 days.
Tried the Egyptian Government website, but ran into problems, so this was good. Slightly longer than they said it would take, but otherwise no problems
I would give a 4.5-Star rating if I could. I am not giving the full 5-Star rating because of one issue. There were two visas in one application. Both had issues with the quality of the passport page photo. While Ivisa staff noticed #1 and asked me to upload a better copy (which I promptly did), but they did not notice photo #2 and I heard about it directly from visa2egypt.gov.eg people with the note that “if I did not supply the proper copy, my application would be cancelled and fee would be forfeited.” This really worried me because there was no way I could provide them the new photo as I did not have account with visa2egypt. I did contact iVisa staff on a Chat. But they did not seem to understand the issue even though I did include visa2egypt email copy. I did send ivsa a new copy of the required poto. I still do not understand how #2 Applicant’s issue was finally resolved. I was relieved when I received both e-Visas as I was ready for getting #2 visa on arrival by paying another $25.
If it wasn’t for the delay in service I’d have given 5 stars!

Small problem with lost passport copies but all worked well in the end
Simple easy to use application site. Reasonable cost for service. The only negative... Site states that it will take 5 days for the application to be processed. It took more than 10 days. 10 days is not bad! It is actually pretty quick. But the site should give a better estimate of the time required.
It's really easy and fast compare to when I apply myself. I used iVisa twice and I have to request for correction both time. I believe reviewing the accuracy of the information can be improved, for example country of origin that is listed in the passport and type of entry visa (single vs multiple). I was lucky I have enough time before my travel for this corrections, what if there were not enough time.
The system is fine apart from it needs to be made clear that you need to send a scan of the information pages if your passport.

Maybe this procedure could be a more simply explained.We needed to call to get help with this process. The representative we spoke with was very helpful & we finished the download quickly.
