Quick and easy application process - efficient updates -although a little pricy
IVisa knows what they are doing, but then, they should for what they charge per visa.
Where is my visa? I am waiting for the government to send it.
Difficult to navigate the system Fairly quick completion and good to be able to print the visa
Disliked the messages telling me to complete the application details when all the boxes were ticked, and being unaware that it could take till the next day, feeling it could have been a scam because of the money was paid before confirmation of visa approval, almost had the bank stop payment!π¬
Finally approved our visas after a little hassle about the pictures of our passports.
Process was quick, the upload process was complicated and difficult and had t try many times. You need a better way to get this upload completed. Other than that service was very good
My reason for giving you only 3 stars is because there are no live people to talk with. Your chat are robots answering usual questions but what happens when there is a unusual questions or situations that they can't respond to??????? New passports come with lamination now and your website kept telling me to remove it because it looked glossy. I tried to chat that info but it took me over 4 hours to complete the process and even when I was finished I wasn't sure my application was submitted. I tried searching for a phone number to call but couldn't find one. I was able to resolve my issue but others might go somewhere else if they can't speak to someone live to help them.
On the Visa's our job titles are the wrong way round Paula should be Sales office Manager Ian should Health & Safety Manager
This was my first time using this website. It was super simple to use, just follow the on-screen options regarding your personal information and your travel intentions. I got my tourism visa for Egypt within 72 hours of purchase. The reason why I gave this 3 stars was because this visa is supposed to only cost $25 USD. This visa is also available for on-arrival but I didnβt want to risk long lines/uncertainty as I have very limited time in Egypt. Though, I ended up paying $55USD due to the processing fee. Overall, if you need a visa, this is your safe bet. If you donβt mind paying a processing fee and or have limited time and need a visa ASAP, iVisa is the way to go.
You sent many unnecessary and conflicting emails After completing my form and receiving confirmation plus invoice, you sent 3 emails stating my application was incomplete and 3 more saying it was mon track I wasted my time having to complain and write to you -
The process was fine, but be aware that this is not the official government website. I received my visa, but I paid $30 extra because it was not the official government site. It was mostly my fault for not being more careful (it is noted, fairly small, on the website that this is not the official site) and checking if there was an official eVisa, but $30 still seems unnecessarily steep for what was basically no work from them.
My application was cancelled and I got an email saying my payment was refunded to my credit card with no information on why the visa was not issued. I had to reach out for that information and was told that my application was cancelled due to system error. Firstly, if there was a system error you ought to notify me and process the application again. Why refund the money and ask for another payment authorization?
Good service but takes a long time to respond to emails making the processing time for the visa even longer
I was shocked after making a payment with my card that the information required on the application wasn't completed. It was stressful when you asked for another scanned copy of my passport. It wasn't clear in your email I've received today that the visa was actually on the following page. I clicked onto download visa here in the main body of the email and then spent 15 mins trying to work out how to access it. My suggestion is the email should have read visa below. I am very happy now Ive got it thank you. Julia Hopwood
Not Great, wouldn't use them. fault on the English no, chat was not good, if they said the average would be 3mins it would be 3-4 hrs if they said 2hrs they mean 6-8hrs. was not very happy because I had problem with my passport photo, wasn't good enough nor was the 2nd one in the end i sent a few more all at once, and 1 was excepted. 3 stars I was been nice, 2 1/2 would be my rating.
compared to over visas I have applied for this one to Egypt I found very challenging.
It was everything good. Only I like to know why they asked me $120 Australia dollar for two visa .then they polled $165 from my account? About $45 more than they asked. This is not wright.
