They are scam. Guys be careful they are just snatching money on the name of ivisa or evisa. Simply they are looters and embassies must take action against this blackmailer gang.

This is the worst experience ever, I was applying for e visa to Egypt as I am Ukrainian and did not want to get visa on arrival to avoid lines in the airport … and instead of e visa I get Health declaration form for what I was charged .. on the website in the process nothing was mentioned as declaration from it was mentioned apply for e visa to Egypt … they just took my money for nothing … they lie to people for charging money for sth you do not need even to pay as this health declaration form can be filled in the airport for FREE
I applied for Egypt visa, and they changed me $20 for document I didn’t need it, basically they stole my money, I don’t recommend them
I got scammed. I paid and right away sent an email to cancel my application as I'm a Canadian citizen with a GCC residency. I get visa on arrival for $25. I requested a refund and no reply yet. I'm a guest of the Egyptian government and truly disappointed by your service and how I'm being dealt with here. You should not issue such visas to countries that are exempted. This is a scam what you guys are doing. I will report this upon my arrival to the authorities and escalate it to my friend the minister of tourism in Egypt.

Egyptian visas for Italians are available at the arival airport for 25 USD. I paid more than 100 EUR just to avoid queuing at the airport. Now the urgent request status says that you cannot give it to me in two days, when it is just a matter of buying and reselling. This is absolutely ridicoulous. If you are not able to meet deadlines, do not offer urgent delivery service and at least do not blame any "goverment" for delays. Regards Luca
Put in for my visa 6 wks ago, been in Egypt for 2 weeks and still not received Bisa. Had to buy Visa when land. As with “government “ you refused to refund me. Terrible.
I have never had a worse experience. You claimed that you could not process my wife's application because somehow it was already in the system. I spent literally hours trying to convince you that this was I'm possible. Your wait times on the phone were intolerable. In the end you said you would submit the application again. Mysteriously there turned out not to be a problem. You really should refund all or a portion of my processing fee. Was prepared to recommend iVisa to traveling companions. I await your response before doing this and going online to share my awful experience. You have a great website. Let's see if you live up to what you promise.
Applied for a 3 month multiple entry business visa and received a single entry tourist visa
My visa arrived after I landed in Cairo despite paying the expedited fees to receive it in the required time. I then had to purchase a separate visa on arrival, so have paid for the same thing twice. The service was pointless and a waste of money and even after I communicated this to them they were unprepared to refund any not even part of my money for not delivering as promised. I wouldn’t recommend this service
You charge double for the visas. In Egypt airport ate only $25 and you charge $50. Not really nice to find that out.

My wife applied for her Visa before mine and it’s been 10 days and be she hasn’t received it yet. She was told that it couldn’t be canceled and she would just have to wait. The website say so 5 days and I received mine but she still has yet to get hers. This is unacceptable.

I spent three days answering another question or furnishing something else! Why couldn't you identify the missing information the first time? So did not receive the VISA before I left. Bought one in Egypt the same day I arrived for $25., NO FEE.
It’s cheaper and easy to get visa at Egyptian airport, it’s €25 per person. Online it’s €50-€75 per person Plus printing yourself & They will need a copy to keep
