bad service i applayed two vissa but only one vissa resived !!
i uploaded 2 passports pages by mistake then deleted and kept the right one and when visa come it was for the mistalen passport i had to redoit again pay full cost due to theor page error
I have applied for the e-visa on the iVisa site with a scan of my passport and a passport photo with which I have received an e-visa 2 weeks ago for India without any problems. From the iVisa site I received one mail after the other asking for alternative photos of both, which I did. Finally I called the customer service in UK and got the confirmation that my passport photo is ok, but another scan of my passport was needed. I send a new passport scan only to receive another mail asking me to send a different photo!! When I finally told the customer service that I will inform my credit card company to cancel the payment and threatened to call my lawyer I received the message that my visa was issued. On a Saturday!? How? I believe this site is unreliable, to say it friendly, and I strongly recommend not to use it.
One Ethipian visa was approved within 2 days. Then nothing I had to keeping asking. Chat service does not work properly seem to be Bots not humans. Eventually after 2.5 weeks and 3rd follow up this time by email I got my Ethiopian visa.
Terrible, unhelpful, slow, wouldn’t use this service again I’d rather make other arrangements like i did for my visa (I’m in Ethiopia already BY THE WAY
