the responeses from your part were fast and clear about the documents that i needed to download. Also the Visa came very fast. But again, it is a bite complicated to attach the documents, i do not know if you can semplify that a bit if possible. sincerely i like the development. Dr Kilian
Hello! I had some difficulties to chose the photos to send! And, at the ending the process the selected picture was a first one! But ok! Thanks
Thanks for your services. We appreciate you. The only reason why I didn't score you a 5 star is because in the processing the corrections we needed to make were sent to us piecemeal instead of giving it to us once and for all. That made us a bit agitated because we didn't know if another one was still coming. One of your staff said we were ok after some corrections, only to get another thing to correct. Apart from that you are good. We'll use you another time, and also recommend you to others.
The ongoing feedback on the status of the application was greatly appreciated. A very user friendly visa application portal.
after a few mails back and forward with better pictures it was ok
Easy to apply. Wish other countries could do the same system. Bravo to you
The service is great but admin fees for the visa are excessively expensive ? Almost same price as the visa itself. We use to pay less when going at the mission. Internet is about reducing cost so I do not understand the price : visa is 54 usd et admin fee 35 usd !! For a family of 4 people it is quit a budget.
