I feel like what I would get was misrepresented. This is the same document you get for completing a PLF form that is free and very easy to complete. You are also led to believe that you will get a health attestation form which is not the case. Do not pay for this service.
I was trying to get a Health Declaration Form, instead paid the $45.50 and received a Passenger Locator Form, which I had already downloaded & received from Euplf.eu for free! Still don’t have a Health Declaration form!
$26 for a health declaration I could have downloaded on line for free. A waste of time and money.
Took pictures, have them send the be printed at my local CVS : quality was horrible. CVS blame the app for sending bad quality file, the app blame CVs for having bad printer. Ask to be send to another CVS, still horrible quality pictures, pixels everywhere. Exchange many email with the customer service who told me they will not give me money back but instead print and send me the pictures themself. It’s now Saturday and still no pictures in my mailbox and my appointements is Monday morning. Long story short : been driving three times to two different locations, spent $20 and I have no pictures. Now going to CVS to take regular pictures and get printed in 10’. To save $10 cost me more money wise and time wise. App : 0/10 star ; customer service : 8/10 stars for trying and being very responsive. Never again.
I went today to my appointment at the French embassy and was told that my passport photo was not of good quality as the image was slightly blurry and my son's eyes color could not be seen. As a result I had to make a new set of passport photo onsite and pay for it. The photo was indeed much clearer and my son's eyes color perfectly visible. I would believe that when I have sent my picture all necessary steps were taken as to verify that the photo is fully compliant and all discrepancies rectified.
false advertising , not helpful , another one just cashing in on the current situation
First I asked to have the photo printed locally and I would pick up. Photo was pixelated and very poor quality so I asked to have the photo sent to me. Never received the photo. Was told it would take up to 4 business days, it’s now been 6 and still no photo. Not reliable, won’t use again.
The form sent has last years date on it where you sign, also they had information on there that was incorrect and not what was filled in on the initial application.
I completely fail to see the relevance of, what I would term, your near fraudulent activities. What on earth are you up to. I've been ripped off for a document which I could have found elsewhere for nothing
This is a rip off. This form is free on the French Govt Web site.
You sent me the wrong certificate and you charged me for something anyone can find online for free. Shame on you
Been to several other countries on this trip. Never had to pay for the pass before.
This place took about 50$ from me for things that I could have done for free on my own. Also every time I email them the responed with a pre-written response that does not address my questions. Terrible. It is as if no one is reading my questions simple hitting a button to try to get rid of me as soon as possible.
I Birgit jackson accidentally entered my friends name wrong. Should be CANDELARIA and I wrote Candalaria on her health travel document. It came back wrong name. Could not find any help pertaining to that problem anywhere and no phone no to costumer service. Very frustrating!
I just paid 30EUR, although I don't actually need a visa. The information I received from Eurotunnel with regards to the necessary health declaration was misleading and it wasn't clear from the Visa website that this is not the health declaration I was looking for, nor did it clearify what the visa would be for instead.
Your site is a complete rip off! This letter is available for free on the French government website. Had I known that your so-called “travel certificate” was the same thing as the declaration letter, I would have saved my money. I feel deceived and embarrassed that I fell for your false claims.
iVisa only completed the FREE forms that are available on-line at each country's governmental health website. I could have downloaded and completed these forms myself from the various country's countries' websites for FREE and printed out or emailed to myself. iVisa's website is deceptive regarding what they will be doing for the services you pay for. ALL iVISA does is fill in the information you type in on the iVISA website and fills in the fields of the FREE FORMS. I thought, from iVisa's description of services, that they were going to actually be submitting the application information to the various countries' health departments to receive an actual Q-Code back from each country. But, as far as I can tell they charge you a lot for doing what anyone could easily do for FREE. What a COMPLETE RIP-OFF. iVisa should be ashamed of taking advantage of travelers that are looking to obtain a Q-Code or ACTUAL RESPONSE from the various countries that you want a health certificate filed with. I feel so conned. This absolutely was not worth the money we paid for these services. Just imagine if you paid for expedited service/return of the FREE easy to complete documents. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN EVEN BIGGER RIP-OFF! What a SHAM.
I could just print that from home. A scam and a total waste of money
this form is really easy to get online. i wish i was never recommended to your site. it was a waste of 14 dollars. if it wasn't for honey it would have been a waste of 20 dollars
This site is administrative and does not create a QR code necessary for entering businesses in France
I paid £30 for a piece of paper. A piece of random useless paper. Entry to Metropolitan France from Green list country - UK is on the Orange list!!! Absolute scam.
you suggest the application is free, and in the end you charge. This is unfair & not transparent (There is a European law against this kind of practises);
Our passport photo was rejected at the consulate. Obvious photoshopping of the background made it invalid.
Truly horrifying experience! I chose the option where iVisa sent my photos to a Duane Reade for printing and they printed the WRONG size! How is that even possible? 1x1" instead of 2x2." This jeopardized my whole emergency renewal appointment as I had to leave the building to go get entirely new/different photos taken and on a tight time schedule, no less.
