I received my completed visa in time for my trip. The chat line was helpful to resolve last minute questions I had about the email address listed on the visa different than my actual email. This was explained to me via chat line. Thanks
The application was fast and straightforward. Easy to understand. However, I did not know that I should not have make the request too early as I have to wait almost a month for the visa to process because of my date of travel.
IVisa did exactly as they said. They told me that my information would be ready before I left and it was. When I was away from my personal printer to print out my document they made it able to share with someone who could.

The iVisa website was easy to navigate and the completed forms were returned to me within two hours. The country's free site was impenetrable and difficult to use. I finally gave up and used iVisa. Do not take a risk with the forms that must be properly completed.
The biggest benefit is not having to go through the government site for my pre-check. Customer support was prompt but had a hard time understanding my questions and giving me answers.

Their online system made some errors at the moment, but operator on messenger was super supportive and even I sent him/her photos from my phone to messenger they were able to put it all together step by step.
For people not having good computer skills your site is a nightmare! It took me 4 days at about 6 hours a day to get the information done correctly! The photos were the hardest. It should be a lot easier to complete. It took until 8pm the night before my flight to get it accepted. Something should be done to make it easier.
It was fine.kind off hard at the beginning, but I was able to finished.

I was turned away twice from a humanitarian flight to Honduras because I don't have an I-phone on which to display required immigration documents digitally. This digital display is a new requirement for Honduras just this year because I've been going annually for the last 17 years as a medical brigade volunteer/interpreter, only filling out forms by hand on the plane. But now thanks to you folks, I was able to print out hard copies and also to send digital copes to a judge in Honduras meeting me at the airport there in a matter of hours for my 3rd attempt, which I hope will be successful this time. If not, you will hear from me again soon, but no news will be good news, Gracias, Barbara
I used this service after trying multiple times to preregister on the Honduras website. I am happy with the promptness of receiving the precheck, but the real proof of its quality will be when I actually travel and it works. I hope it will be a five star result.

Using ivisa was a great experience. It's simplified the acquiring of the needed documents to enter Honduras. There were some issues with the form but email customer service was fabulous and responsive. Chat help I found was not informed and was dispensing inaccurate information and was not at all helpful. I would definitely use I Visa in the future for the acquisition of documents for travel.
Very helpful.. had problems with migratory application myself and kept getting denied until ivisa explained why and made it through on first attempt..
I asked for help as the airport that I was flying into was not listed! Nothing was fixed no one helped me now what did I pay for!!!! Traveling Tomorrow

This entire process is new because of the pandemic which adds to the stress of traveling at this time. My major issue with iVisa is the conciseness of the communication process. As a tourist, it would have been helpful to have the options for destinations in Honduras translated in English as well. People who are not tech savvy, let myself, found it difficult to navigate through the process and to understand, most of the time, what information is being requested.

This is a free form and wasn’t the form I needed for Roatan. Really pisses me off your site came up and I thought I had to pay for the entry form, and it wasn’t even the entry form it was an immigration form which is FREE. I got ripped off and scammed to get something I didn’t even need!!
iVISA simplified a very complicated process and guided me every step of the way.
In the beginning I was a little apprehensive about the response I got, but it’s wasn’t due to them, it’s the policy of the country’s embassy I am applying to get , my precheck application. However they made sure everything is all accurate and did the follow up right in time and got my application back early before checking in (24 hrs). They also responded to all my repeated inquiries with professionalism.
I paid for 4 hour service, and got the forms 7 hours later
Your service was way below expectations, it was a terrible mistakes dealing with you folks, I had to navigate through a lot of hurdles at the airport, in short it was a horrible experience.
PROS: - My pre-check application for Honduras was approved very fast (way faster than the 24 hours they said it would take). - The website was easy to use, and even though there was no "save" button, my progress on the previous pages of the application was saved, even when I closed the tab. One click from the email in my inbox took me back to the application. CONS: - I'm not sure it was worth the $20... the official, non-iVisa application in Spanish (which I could have translated to English using Chrome) was free. But maybe there could have been complications on the Spanish application? - The iVisa application asked for PCR COVID test results, but the iVisa website said a rapid test was allowed. When I emailed to make sure I could submit rapid test results, they replied saying it had to be PCR. When I emailed back with multiple websites saying rapid was fine, they apologized and corrected themselves.
Excellent service. Well worth the assistance to avoid the many potential pitfalls.
