iVisa was timely, VERY responsive, and helpful in obtaining our eVisas for Indonesia. We were using another vendor recommended by our cruise line and were disappointed to the extent that we selected iVisa as a backup. The other company, to this date, has only provided the eVisa for my spouse whereas iVisa completed our full request in a week. iVisa's Chat function works very well also.

The whole thing was much quicker than I was expecting. I inadvertently created two applications so was in a panic but after a very helpful βchatβ one was cancelled. It also much easier to attach copies of documents than I had expected - which is what I was nervous about!
