I was asked to pay £50 when I applied for the visa. This was taken from my bank account as shown on my statement. Now on the visa it says that I have to pay on arrival. I do not have a receipt from the visa section, just my bank statement. I need a receipt from Visa section to show the people on arrival that I have already paid.
Unclear website. I thought I was buying my Nepal visa but it was just the form that I will need to pay again for on arrival. So I paid over the odds for a piece of paper I could have got when I arrived at the airport. Not impressed.
The on line tool is horrible - thankfully Cecilia and Nicolas were able to help get correct info into the system to complete the application.
There was clear information about filling the form and easy to understand.

i found it very confusing having paid for the visa via yourselves i received a document saying i would have to go to the bank on arrival and pay again

This site was very easy to use and so convenient that both members of our family could apply together as one application! It would be nice if the prices of the different visa time periods were listed next to the different options. Having the price listed next to the different time periods would help with the decision making process.
The process was easy to use. The one area of improvement would be to state realistic timeframes for turn around of visa's; EX; I paid for an expedited visa when the country (Nepal) only issues them 14 days before travel so the additional fee was not needed.

The date interface for birthdates and passport issuance dates is “clunky”. It took me several emails to finally learn to tap on year and months to do something other than scroll back many many years
