They charged me 20 dollars so to say to accelerate the process of getting the entrance permission to Qatar. It so happened that they didn't type in the whole passport number, and here I am sitting at the Immigration of Qatar at the airport waiting for them to reissue my document. They aren't refunding. My prebooked taxi is gone. I paid 20 usd for this too. The hotel are waiting for me. I can't go anywhere and eat. They aren't letting me. What Ivisa are saying is they aren't refunding because they are doing an extra document for free. So, what do we have? The ruined Christmas. I am starving. I have a broken leg. I am with a crutch. Their agent blamed me for not checking the doc. Why am I paying "professionals" who are refusing to admit that they had screwed everything up? Last year, their team did a wonderful job preparing my docs for Kenya. This year, their team is disastrously incompetent.
