Because many agents are there to make big from people that need visa to travel. Communication from ivisa team is very prompt they reply immediately to your queries,mine took a little longer than expected I think but due to required documents,there was delay in getting my ticket,but the team worked tirelesly and I received my visa.

A very straight forward process. In the FAQ section, it would be helpful if more advice could be included on what was meant with National Identification Number. We do not have such a number in Australia, so Australian travellers may become confused. After several emails, I was able to provide the required information. However, it was a little frustrating. The website is easy to use and I found the staff very helpful.
