Applying for a visa on the ivisa web site is easy. The customer service is pleasant and prompted in answering any questions that you have. I will definitely use them on my other travels.
Easy and fast to use. I'd appreciate more information about the differents steps to get my visa.
My VISA was delayed by quite a few weeks. When I contacted the iVisa folks, they were prompt, courteous and reassured me they were on top of my situation and would do everything to remedy my case. Sure enough, days later my VISA arrived. Professional service, courteous assistance, and trusted results!!
I paid an extra $100 for a rush fee and ivisa did not deliver on what I paid for. I'd like a refund on my rush fee.
I orderd and payed for a Visa, but I have not got one.
They make it easy to apply and they handle everything so you don't have to. No glitches since they know what is required of the country you are traveling to. Very responsive to questions.
I applied for the three country visa (Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda). The application process is very straight forward and clearly laid out. It takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on if you can find everything you need. but as soon as I completed the process, it gave very clear feedback on the status and step that my application was at. Three days later, I received my letters of acceptance. I would use iVisa again. BTW, It only cost me $100 per person for the three countries, multiple entry visa, 90 days. sure does beat applying for 3 visas and paying $300.
I had some difficulty. A bit frustrating had to go to my travel adviser for help
I paid you $45 additional to get it within a few days and now you tell me I’ll have to pick up my visa in Africa
I felt good about using this service until I was told that I couldn't get my East Africa Tourist visa until I arrive in Rwanda. Everything I'm reading says that I need to get it BEFORE I arrive, not upon arrival. So now I've spent $150 and have no visa and will be nervous about not being able to get it when I arrive in Rwanda. Ugh...not happy at all. A letter from you guys saying I been "approved," doesn't give me much confidence.
Very easy to use! Very nice to not have added stress prior to my trip!! Thank you
I applied for a Visa for Rwanda, and the result was scheduled to take a week. The acceptance took only 2 days. The process of applying was very smooth and intuitive.
This was much easier than the visa applications I did before. However, I have yet to use the processed visa, or receive it, so I can't completely say how it turned out The online help was invaluable.
It was complicated in terms of too many emails received requesting to have the doc rectified
Im really surprised how they did my visa so quick I recommend this website for everyone
Excellent service. The response from was instant while I submitted my visa application
It very easy and user friendly to apply. You made my life comfortable by this device.
The system didn’t capture all the information needed so there were endless emails forward and back with the support team which was entirely inefficient. Email was also an insecure way of transmitting personal information like passport and SSN details. In the end they didn’t even provide the visa - just a receipt for the charge that I should take with me to the airport so I wouldn’t be charged twice. Awful experience. Would not recommend.
Awful experience. I plan to submit for a refund. I am bo awww riding plan for trip to Rqanda and still dont have visa and I paid the extra expedited fee to assure I would have it in time. They delayed processing based on passport photo I submitted. The said photo would not work but did not give me specifics on why. I ended up getting another photo done at Walgreens. They still rejected it. Again without specific reason for why. I then sent at least 4 selfies and no response. They wasted a full week on this process only to find out original photo was fine. THEN process stalled in government for 3 days. I still dont have visa. Guess I will deal with this when I get to Rwanda.
I believe I was mislead by iVisa for my East Africa visa. My previous iVisa experiences were topnotch, but this time it wasn't quite what I anticipated. The application was straight forward and I received an email from iVisa stating, "Within approximately 4 business days you will receive a second email containing your East Africa Visa." Instead of a visa I received an email from iVisa stating, "Attached, you will find the paid receipt invoice for your Rwanda East Africa Visa application. You must print the attached invoice and present it upon arrival in order to obtain your visa." This is actually a rather minor inconvenience as I will not have a visa in hand, but will need to go through an additional procedure at immigration. When I applied, I believed I would receive a visa.
Terrible. You had old information in the cost of the visa and did not expedite anything. I paid $110 for a $50 and had to get someone else to call immigration in Rwanda to ask them to send the approved visa directly to me instead of to you since you were not responding to my emails. Never again.
Did not get the visas which were promised in 5-6 days, even though we submited the applivcation three weeks in advance
I would rate iVisa services a 5 star which is excellent because they are very efficient in the discharge of their services.
There were a few technical difficulties but communications were always very prompt and the visa was successfully issued! 👍🏻
I just received notification that my visa is completed. I have already returned from my trip to Africa - almost 2 weeks ago!! I was able to find the visa, but your company did not notify me until today. Terrible service.
Easy to get visa via internet, very good information what is the visa status, excellent service!
Online chat was extremely helpful and quickly corrected any omissions and errors I had in my application. It took only 2 days from the time I submitted my application to receive my VISA!
The chat function is invaluable and really made the experience great and helped me so much!
I’m overwhelmed with this service. It will be my pleasure to work with you again after my trip on the East African tourist visa.
My Visa just came through - two months after my trip. I repeatedly tried to contact ivisa, but never got a response. Not getting the Visa in time ended up costing me $3000 since I had to completely change my plans. I will not be using ivisa again.
Couldn't get my husband's visa, they kept saying the govt was waiting to approve it. I personally called the consulate and they had no record of my husband's visa being requested. I had to request it myself and I got the Visa the next day.
Would have been easier to add information on application rather than through the chat process
So simple and easy to use. Quick and efficient, alleviating the difficulties of visa applications.
I had to apply and pay twice to get my visa approved, I do not call that good customer service or follow up.
When delays occurred in securing a visa, the website kept me up to date on developments and produced the visa within a week of the request. Very professional.
I found this service to be excellent. I am moving through two East African countries and chose to have my visa before going to avoid any additional problems at the borders. The online submission was fairly straightforward. The photographs that I submitted weren't sufficiently clear and I was contacted promptly to advise me of the same. When new photographs were submitted I was advised that they were suitable promptly. Within 24 hours the visas had come through. I have no hesitation in recommending this service!!
Before I completed my application form I asked for advice about my point of entry from your UK contact centre as I could not find Kigali on the application form - I did not realise I had to apply for a visa from Rwanda and not Uganda even though we are just passing through Rwanda. I was given incorrect info at this stage. The assistant said 'don't worry - put Entebbe in and I will make a note on your application'. From there ivisa was corresponding with me - quickly at least, as well as two other consultants - it felt as if there was no communication between these three parties. I paid a lots of money for a two day visa which was delivered to me today - 6 days later. To add insult to injury I hear it is so easy to get a visa at the airport! so! thats it!
