I paid an extra $100 for a rush fee and ivisa did not deliver on what I paid for. I'd like a refund on my rush fee.
I orderd and payed for a Visa, but I have not got one.
I paid you $45 additional to get it within a few days and now you tell me I’ll have to pick up my visa in Africa
The system didn’t capture all the information needed so there were endless emails forward and back with the support team which was entirely inefficient. Email was also an insecure way of transmitting personal information like passport and SSN details. In the end they didn’t even provide the visa - just a receipt for the charge that I should take with me to the airport so I wouldn’t be charged twice. Awful experience. Would not recommend.
Awful experience. I plan to submit for a refund. I am bo awww riding plan for trip to Rqanda and still dont have visa and I paid the extra expedited fee to assure I would have it in time. They delayed processing based on passport photo I submitted. The said photo would not work but did not give me specifics on why. I ended up getting another photo done at Walgreens. They still rejected it. Again without specific reason for why. I then sent at least 4 selfies and no response. They wasted a full week on this process only to find out original photo was fine. THEN process stalled in government for 3 days. I still dont have visa. Guess I will deal with this when I get to Rwanda.
Terrible. You had old information in the cost of the visa and did not expedite anything. I paid $110 for a $50 and had to get someone else to call immigration in Rwanda to ask them to send the approved visa directly to me instead of to you since you were not responding to my emails. Never again.
Did not get the visas which were promised in 5-6 days, even though we submited the applivcation three weeks in advance
My Visa just came through - two months after my trip. I repeatedly tried to contact ivisa, but never got a response. Not getting the Visa in time ended up costing me $3000 since I had to completely change my plans. I will not be using ivisa again.
Couldn't get my husband's visa, they kept saying the govt was waiting to approve it. I personally called the consulate and they had no record of my husband's visa being requested. I had to request it myself and I got the Visa the next day.
Before I completed my application form I asked for advice about my point of entry from your UK contact centre as I could not find Kigali on the application form - I did not realise I had to apply for a visa from Rwanda and not Uganda even though we are just passing through Rwanda. I was given incorrect info at this stage. The assistant said 'don't worry - put Entebbe in and I will make a note on your application'. From there ivisa was corresponding with me - quickly at least, as well as two other consultants - it felt as if there was no communication between these three parties. I paid a lots of money for a two day visa which was delivered to me today - 6 days later. To add insult to injury I hear it is so easy to get a visa at the airport! so! thats it!
