I believe I was mislead by iVisa for my East Africa visa. My previous iVisa experiences were topnotch, but this time it wasn't quite what I anticipated. The application was straight forward and I received an email from iVisa stating, "Within approximately 4 business days you will receive a second email containing your East Africa Visa." Instead of a visa I received an email from iVisa stating, "Attached, you will find the paid receipt invoice for your Rwanda East Africa Visa application. You must print the attached invoice and present it upon arrival in order to obtain your visa." This is actually a rather minor inconvenience as I will not have a visa in hand, but will need to go through an additional procedure at immigration. When I applied, I believed I would receive a visa.
I had to apply and pay twice to get my visa approved, I do not call that good customer service or follow up.
