Singapore eVisa

Purpose: The Singapore eVisa (Electronic Visa) is issued to eligible nationals for tourism, business meetings, social visits, or short-term purposes.

Duration and extensions: The Singapore eVisa is typically issued for short-term stays of up to 30 days per entry. Extensions of stay must be requested online through ICA in Singapore and are subject to approval.

Entries: The visa may be issued as either a single-entry or multiple-entry visa, depending on the travel purpose.

Ports of entry: Singapore eVisa holders may enter through all official air, land, and sea checkpoints, including Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, Woodlands and Tuas land checkpoints, and Marina Bay Cruise Centre.

Delivery format: The approved Singapore eVisa is issued electronically in PDF format as a Visa e-Print. Travelers must print a copy and present it upon arrival in Singapore, along with their valid passport.

SG Arrival Card

Purpose: The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory electronic arrival declaration required for all travelers entering Singapore, including visa-exempt and visa-required nationals. It is not a visa and does not replace a visa requirement.

When to apply: Travelers must submit the SG Arrival Card online within 3 days (including the day of arrival) before entering Singapore. With iVisa, you can apply even earlier.

Delivery format: After submission, travelers receive an acknowledgment email containing a confirmation. There is no physical document issued, but travelers should retain the confirmation (digital or printed) for reference.

Singapore Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP)*

The Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) is issued by border control at Singapore checkpoints for tourists, business travelers, and those visiting for medical purposes. Depending on nationality, it allows stays of 30 to 90 days, with both single and multiple entry options available.

Singapore Student Pass*

The Student Pass is issued to individuals traveling to Singapore for educational purposes at government-accredited institutions. It remains valid for the entire duration of the course, with both single and multiple entry options available. The length of stay is determined by the visa granted, and extensions can typically be requested in Singapore when renewing the course.
