Excellent service. I got my Turkish E visa in 15 minutes. I am a US permanent resident with a Bangladeshi passport. The Turkish Government website gave me trouble with accepting US credit cards because I do not have a U S passport. After contacting them online they told me to use a credit card that matches my passport. I am a permanent resident in USA and how can I have a Bangladeshi credit card. Anyway, Iβm very happy with ivisa.com service.

I applied for the online visa. The process was very straight forward and easy to follow. I experienced one problem with my application as it seemed that it did not upload my passport number. I received an email only a few minutes after I lodged my application to notify me that some information was missing. Then I had an online chat with the one of the customer service persons and he followed up on the matter and got it resolved only within minutes. I would say 5 minutes after I received an email to notify me that my visa was issued. That was a fantastic customer care service. Great work and great system.
