Ivisa has a chatbot to "help" for service. The IT department should understand their chatbot can't "service" unforeseen challenges. Management should also allocate " human" resources, while the chatbot response system improves. Totally annoying. Don't get me wrong, I look forward to the day when AI takes charge of all our needs.

My visa for Turkey came quickly and the company seems reliable with a website that is easy to use. That's good for older travellers like me! The customer service wasn't so great though.
