It was brilliant the first time but this time it was difficult as I was told I had not completed having paid and then it wanted additions which I didn't really want but it would not let me complete it bless I did something. Then I didn't know whether it all worked untill I got a download! This experience was nothing like as good as the first and cost more!

Terrible company, find another one to work with. They charge you for extra add-ons like health forms and fail to provide them (they are free from any country website) while also refusing to refund you. This company lacks morals and ethics!

They advertised a visa in 4 hours which we really needed in 4 hours, and paid extra money for that. After we got to Turkey and they could not get us a visa until almost 24 hours we ended up getting one in the airport for much cheaper. We no longer needed their visa and asked for a refund and they refused, amd said it was not their fault. Will be disputing their service with my CC company... BEWARE!!

I am upset about the unexpected processing fee of 25 dollars per visa, when the advertised price is 51 dollars. Also the declaration of health aswell as reporting my travels to the embassy can all be done for free.

The whole process was very easy and I felt comfortable that if there was a problem that the situation would be handled in a timely fashion. I actually applied for the visa twice (obviously by mistake) and there were two charges to my credit card. I brought this to the attention of IVisa and they took care of the issue promptly. I had plans to travel to Turkey before COVID and my plans were cancelled. I applied with the Turkish government the first time around and I was not able to receive credit for my already visa's that I had already purchased. No response from the Turkish Embassy whatsoever. I decided to go through the 3rd party route just in case there was a problem and I'm glad I did. I may have paid a little more for the IVisa service, but peace of mind was well worth it.
