When I booked my flight, my airline said US Citizens didn’t need a visa for Turkey. When I checked in for my flight, they said I did. Then they said they weren’t sure if I did or not and could find out when I land!! I travel constantly and can generally trust airlines on this (they have to pay a fine if they’re wrong)! But that doesn’t make for an enjoyable flight, so went to the lounge and was directed to your service and had my approval in minutes, thus having an enjoyable flight! Thank you!
The time I am writing this review is about 24 hours before my departure to turkey from Vancouver Canada. I did not know I have to take a E Visa prior to departure. and knowing that in a very short time and weekend caused me lots of stress, I found this website and applied for tourist visa ,and I get my visa less than 10 minutes, unbelievable fast service, I am very thankful. You need to fix the way you present the password change. I was searching for a access password on the confirmation e-mail until I finally used the password change button. This in most systems only works once you have a access password which is NOT provided in the confirmation letter. .
We were shocked as didnt realized we needed the visa to enter Turkey We applied and got while sleeping Great and fast svc

The worst customer service. My name was misspelled on the visa, thus invalidating it. I asked that it be corrected but was told I would need to pay again, including their "processing fee." I already paid $50 dollars for a useless visa and they wanted me to pay an additional $50 to fix it. Unacceptable. Additionally. You can get the visa instantly at the Republic of Turkey Electronic Visa Application System (link not allowed) for just $20. To conclude the service is non-existent and the cost is grossly inflated. Do not waste your money here.
Tried this for the first time instead of waiting at airport,quick easy, I used the 30 min deal and got it in like 10 mins .
