This was a quick and relatively easy process. Some issues for me were the following: 1. The site advised that our visas were free, but then charged a service fee, of which there was no prior mention. 2. I am a bit concerned that the downloaded and printed visas will not be sufficient, since add-ons like delivery by mail are offered. Unclear why one would need such a delivery if the downloaded and printed visas suffice?
I was told that my visa approval would be delayed, but it only took about 1 day and a half to approve it. Thank you!!

The web site was easy to use, I was impressed how quick it was to get the visas for myself and my husband. However my husband's visa has one mistake in it which, on informing evisa, was put right quite quickly, to my great relief.

My understanding having read through the firm carefully that the cost of the visa was about $20.00. This converted to about £15.00 sterling. I was therefore horrified to see that £30.00 had been taken out of my account. Your information was very misleading & I would not use your site again.

The process was very easy and I would gave given a 5 star rating if it wasn’ for the high service fee. The service fee made the visa cost twice as much. That is ridiculous.

I am a planner and very detail-oriented. I applied for my Turkish Visa many months in advance of my trip. The way things are worded on the website, I didn't know you had to do it within ~70 days of your trip so I thought there was just a delay in getting my visa issued. It took several chats with their online chat system before I could get a clear answer. After that everything was smooth sailing.

this website is not an official Turkish Visa website. Beware of the service charges etc, the official Turkish Govt Visa do not charge for there on line Visa application. trying to contact this company is nearly impossible, no reply to emails etc. Never AGAIN.

On the afternoon of the day before my morning departure for Istanbul (from Italy), I checked to see if US citizens need a visa to enter the country and to my surprise they do! Found iVisa online and quite easily filled in the required info and then on to payment. As I was traveling in less than 24 hours I clicked the "within 2 hours" option (functioning 24/7) to which I was prompted with a, we are not sure we can provide you with a visa in the time allowed, so I opted for the super fast service, which once again said they were not sure to be able to guarantee the visa. Slight panic set in and went elsewhere (for security), paying $20 and received it instantly. Just a few minutes later I also received theirs ... having thrown away €75.00. Thanks for the rip-off iVisa!

I tried to buy the 2-hour visa, but your system said I couldn't even that I was not travelling for another 20 hours. It recommended that I get the more expensive 30 min visa. I contacted your customer services and I was told that there most might be government problems so to make sure I get my visa in time I should pay the higher price. My visa was approved in 5 minutes with no problems. I feel that this was a scam just make more money. I bet if I chose the 2-hour visa it would have been approved in a few minutes as well. I will be sure to write about how you scam people on your website on forums.
The experience was good and all done with the minimum of fuss but it is less one star as the price was very expensive. I had to use this website as the Turkish government one would not work for me but the cost was twice as much.

not very helpfull when noticing that the [redacted] the named had been spelt wrong and found it very difficult to get it changed therefore i had to reapply and then costing me again
Could not believe my eyes when I saw the e visa. It took more time filling the form than when the approved e visa was approved & emailed.
I have not received my visa yet (only about one hour since I filled my application), but so far, they have been very expedient in keeping me informed on the progress of the transaction, and the whole thing was very easy to complete, and I trust that they are professional and reliable.
To long to wait for wise when you pay triple - I submitted my request @ 6:59 am and I am still waiting.
