It was an easy process to apply for a visa using this service. However, I had to restart and lost my initial processing fee. On the application form, there is one box for first and middle name, then one for last name. I put my middle name in the first box but forgot to also add my first name. I recommend that the application section has a separate box for first, middle and last name to avoid confusion and customers having to redo the application process.
I tried more than three eVisa sites before coming to eVisa and wasted hours. They all were confusing and asking for meaning less information that I could not understand what they need. in one case it took echats phone calls and yet application kept failing. iVisa asked for very small and just needed information and that took less than 10 minutes to complete 4 applications for myself and family. Surprisingly one line of information for each application. Payment was lowest and fastest. Six hours later I have the visa.

The ViSa took over an hour ... far too long 30 min after I posted this - the shift supervisor sent me a mail apologizing and refunded the super rush fee I had paid as their service wasn’t that... that’s putting your money where your mouth is ... and although my immediate review was negative, it just improved my view considerably ... from bad to average ...

There was a mistake on my visa and by the time they replied to me I was actually already back from my trip to Turkey. I understand the mistake was mine, but waiting 48 hours to tell me and then not only not issuing a new one but making me wait for the reply when I was on a time crunch is just terrible customer service. I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this site in the future.

I looked at another sight and it was charging more then double to get it processed. I looked on ivisa, put in the application with the sight and have to give a HUGE bonus for letting me use paypal. Even though I picked the 1 business day Option I got it within 15 minuets of my submission. Good work!
I have given a high rating as - in early October - I still expected there to be a few days between applying and receiving a Visa, but it was all achieved within the space of just a few hours. Online application was a straightforward and easy process, it took just a few minutes. Recommended.
