Super Rush – if there is an urgency to travel and need to be in Egypt as soon as possible, this is the option for you. Your application will be processed within 3 Business Days. As you may have guessed, this is the most expensive option. You will be charged USD $153.99 but will be on time for your emergency.
The second factor that affects how much you would be charged is the visa type. All visas released by iVisa allow a maximum stay of 30 days in Total, but you can choose from a single-entry visa and a multiple-entry visa. The fees mentioned above apply to the single-entry version. If you want to find out the cost of the multiple-entry eVisa, you would need to add an extra to each processing time.
What are the differences between a single-entry eVisa and a multiple-entry eVisa?

You may be permitted to leave the airport but you will have to hand over your passport. You can ask your airline if they offer short tours to their passengers with layovers between 6 and 48 hours, some do.
In the case that your transit time is less than 6 hours, you may leave the transit area, unfortunately, not the airport.
