IF TRAVELING BY AIR:
1. Coming from a green country (ex: Belgium) :

  • If they present a complete vaccination schedule , passengers aged twelve and over must present the result of an RT-PCR test (biological test for the detection of the genome of the SARS-CoV-2 virus on nasopharyngeal swab) carried out less than 24 hours before the flight not concluding that there was contamination by covid-19 OR the negative result of a specific antigenic test (test allowing the detection of the N protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus) carried out less than 24 hours before the flight.
  • If they do not have a complete vaccination schedule, passengers aged 12 and over must justify their trip for a compelling personal or family reason, an emergency health reason or a professional that cannot be deferred.

2. Coming from an orange country (ex: Canada, United States ):

  • With a complete vaccination schedule, All travelers aged 12 or over must present the result of an RT-PCR test, which does not conclude that contamination by covid-19 OR the negative result of a specific antigen test carried out less than 24 hours before the flight.
  • Do not have a complete vaccination schedule, All travelers aged 12 and over must justify their trip for a compelling personal or family reason, an emergency health reason or a professional reason that cannot be deferred.

3. Coming from a red country:

  • With a complete vaccination schedule, All travelers aged twelve or over must present the result of an RT-PCR test, which does not conclude that contamination by covid-19 OR the negative result of a specific antigen test carried out less than 24 hours before the flight.
  • Do not have a complete vaccination schedule, All travelers aged 12 and over must justify their trip for a compelling personal or family reason, an emergency health reason or a professional reason that cannot be deferred.

IF TRAVELING BY SEA:
MARITIME TRANSPORT
People wishing to travel to Guadeloupe by sea must be provided with a sworn statement attesting that they do not show symptoms of Covid-19 infection and that they are not aware of having been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to their trip.

They must also provide the following documents:

  • If from Martinique, Saint-Barthélémy, Saint-Martin (French part):

    • People aged 12 or over: proof of vaccination status or result of screening examination less than 72 hours old or test less than 48 hours old or certificate of reinstatement.
  • If from Guyana:

    • People aged 12 or over: Proof of vaccination status – proof not required for minors accompanying an adult with vaccination status.
    • Persons aged 12 or over who do not have a vaccination status: travel authorized only for compelling personal or family reasons, an emergency health reason or a professional reason that cannot be deferred – Provide the least 48 hours before arrival a declaration on honor of the compelling reason + screening examination of less than 72 hours or test of less than 48 hours + supporting documents + performance of a biological test or examination for virological screening on arrival + prophylactic isolation for 7 days after arrival + covid-19 test at the end of the period.
  • If coming from EU port:

    • Persons aged 12 or over: proof of vaccination status – proof not required for minors accompanying an adult with vaccination status + result of a screening test or examination carried out less than 24 hours before the trip.
    • Persons aged 12 or over who do not have a vaccination status: Travel authorized only for compelling personal or family reasons, an emergency health reason or a professional reason that cannot be deferred – Provide the less than 48 hours before arrival a declaration on honor of the compelling reason + test examination or screening examination of less than 24 hours + performance of a biological virological screening test or examination on arrival + prophylactic isolation for 7 days after arrival + covid-19 test at the end of the period.
