Do French citizens need a Kenya ETA?

If you're a French citizen planning a trip to Kenya, you'll need to secure a Kenya ETA before you travel. This electronic travel authorization is mandatory for all foreign visitors and has taken the place of the former eVisa system.

The Kenya eTA is typically a single-entry permit. However, it allows for some flexibility under the following conditions:

You are visiting one of the EAC Partner States (Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda);
You do not travel to any countries other than these during your visit; and
Your ETA is still valid (90 days from the date it is issued).

How to apply for a Kenya ETA from France with us
