Geneada issues e-arrival card

Grenada has launched an online Embarkation/Disembarkation (E/D) card, replacing traditional paper forms for all travelers entering and exiting the country. In a press release shared on the Government Information Service of Grenada (GIS) Facebook page on March 2, 2026, the government announced that the system became fully operational on March 1, 2026.

The digital transition is a first for Grenada and represents a significant step in the government's broader digital transformation agenda to enhance public services.

How the new system works

Travelers are required to complete the online Immigration and Customs Form, which becomes available up to 72 hours before arrival. Once the form is submitted, travelers should save the Immigration and Customs receipts to their mobile device or print them for presentation upon arrival.

The government says the new platform will reduce wait times and ensure faster, more efficient processing at ports of entry for both visitors and returning nationals.

What travelers need to complete the form

To submit the online E/D card, travelers will need:

  • Flight information
  • Passport details for all passengers
  • A copy of the travel document biodata page (PNG or JPEG file)
  • A valid email address

The platform uses encryption and data protection measures to safeguard personal information and is designed to comply with international travel standards.
