Philippines eTravel Card (Arrival Card)

Purpose: The Philippines eTravel is a mandatory electronic travel declaration required for all passengers arriving in or departing from the Philippines. It replaces the previous paper arrival/departure cards.

When to apply: Travelers must complete the eTravel registration online within 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival or departure from the Philippines. The form must be submitted before boarding. With iVisa, you can complete it even earlier.

Delivery format: After completing the online form, travelers receive a QR code confirmation. This QR code must be presented — either digitally or printed — to airline staff and immigration authorities upon arrival or departure.

Philippines Non-Immigrant Visa (9)*

The Philippines issues several short-stay (non-immigrant) visas for tourists, business visitors, and transit.

This visa can be applied for through the Philippines embassy or consulate, and is meant for those who require a visa to visit the country, or need one based on their purpose of travel.

*We currently don't offer non-immigrant visas for the Philippines.

Philippines visa policy

Most foreign nationals may enter the Philippines for short stays without a visa, depending on their nationality, for 14, 30, or 59 days for tourism, business, or family visits.

Nationals of countries not eligible for visa-free entry must obtain a visa before travel at an embassy or consulate. Citizens of Taiwan can apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)..

All travelers must complete a mandatory Philippines Travel Declaration (eTravel) form within 72 hours before arrival.

Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. Citizens from most ASEAN countries, the US, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, and over 150 others can enter the Philippines visa-free for 14, 21, or 30 days for tourism or family visits if they hold a passport valid for at least six months and an onward or return ticket.

Travelers from countries without visa-free agreements must apply for a visa at a Philippine embassy or consulate before travel.

Do I need to complete the eTravel Registration for the Philippines?

Yes, all travelers entering or exiting the Philippines must complete the eTravel Card within 72 hours before their departure to or from the Philippines. This digital arrival and departure card replaces paper arrival cards and health declarations, helping speed up immigration processing and ensuring compliance with Philippine entry requirements.

What documents do I need to enter the Philippines?
