1. How does the referral program work?
The iVisa referral program is meant to incentivize our most loyal customers to share the benefits of iVisa with their friends and family. Within our referral program, our users can generate a unique referral link, which can be shared via email or social media.
If someone clicks on this link, they will automatically receive 20% off on all iVisa visa products. Once this referred party completes their order, you as the referrer will receive a $20 gift card as a thank you from iVisa for sharing the love!
2. Are all iVisa products part of the referral program?
Unfortunately at this time, only visa products (evisa and guided entry visas) are included in this referral program. If the referred party purchases any other product, they will not receive the 20% discount and you as the referrer will not receive the $20 gift card.
3. When will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be sent by email within a few days of your friend or family member making their purchase and completing their order. You will have 180 days to redeem your gift card.
4. Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer to the iVisa?
No, we love when our customers spread the word about iVisa! You can refer as many people as you like.
5. I referred someone to iVisa. Why have I not received my gift card?
If you have not received a gift card after your friend or family member has completed their order, please check if the following applied:

The friend or family member has used a non-visa service, such as passport renewal or digital photo.
6. Can I reset my password for the iVisa referral program?
Yes! Simply log into your account with your email and temporary password provided in your welcome email.
Once logged in, click on “My Account” and select “My Profile.” Here you will find a blue “Change Password” button. Enter your new password and your old, temporary, password for verification to complete the change.
7. I forgot my password for the iVisa referral program. Can I reset it?
Yes! Simply go to the portal link (available on your iVisa referral page or within your program welcome email) and click “forgot password”. You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to sign up for the program. If this is a valid email address, you will receive a link to reset your password.
8. Can I track the status of my referrals or rewards?
Yes! You can log into your referral portal, using the link and temporary password sent to you via email when you signed up. In this portal, you can track how many referrals you have sent, the status of each referral, and your reward distribution/
