If you are a United States citizen, but your child was born abroad, you can obtain a US passport for them. First, you need to report your child’s birth as soon as possible to the nearest US embassy.
By doing that, you will acquire a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, the official document to claim your child’s US citizenship. You will need this document when processing your child’s passport.

Check how much you need to pay and write a bank check with the correct amount.
