Was unable to get a visa in two business days, for which additional payment was made.
When my password is set up iy works the first time and then never again. I received an email saying the visa was approved but can't down load it. just one error message after another or the site just freezes up and does nothing.
The customer service did a lot of confusion in solving a simple issue
Very bad !!!! We didn’t get on time. We paid for get it in 2 days and we got on 4 days !!!!!
DO NOT USE IVISA! It is SCAM! Use evisa.gov.az (official government web) instead for Azerbaijan evisa. IVISA overcharged me more than 8 times the actual service fee, $25 instead of $3. They overcharged me $66 for three persons and made a lot of mistake during applying process. This website is scam!!!! The time to get your evisa is only 3 days if you use government website for only $23. You pay $20 for visa and $3 for service fee. I chat with them before applying and they misled me. I regret that I trust them! Please please don’t use this website!
You ate giving me the visa validity date on the day i supose to leave the country.....
it’s too bad service i don’t know about how i came on this site .i just go direct on azrbaijsn site and get visa within one day and just paying only visa fee

I payd for urgent visa 95 dollars and then i lost my flight because i received it too late! Also i told that to the help centre before to apply and pay. My travel is cancelled because of this bad service! Your reply is not correct because your email with electronic visa arrived at 16.10 and i told you the day before to pay the 95 dollars my flight was at 14.10 . It was a completely disaster for me and i lost my ticket
