Hi, at the beginning I was a bit skeptic about their work. However, later they approved themselves in a good way with providing our visas to Azerbaijan on time. Thanks for that, the only thing just in case you wanna ger refund it is a bit problematic issue, so better wait your visa until it comes. Better your visa than losing money:)

you must indicate that the passport copy is in color and both pages not only the page with dates and photo
Everything about ivisa was great, except for reloading a file. There should be a facility to reload a file online; I had to resubmit my file on Live Chat. Otherwise all good π
Every thing was simple & straight forward to apply for tourists visa. The fee appeared on the system is confusing as it indicated $ 83/-.Aso it indicates a table where some discounts appeared based on number of persons. After exploring more details we could arrive at the right conclusion. Also after uploading the documents, when clicked on for submit , no response appeared.Thus leading to confusion & uncertainty whether the application is submitted or not. In this case we asked for HELP, & this was clarified on line chat by your representative that the documents submitted successfully. At the end we got the Visa approval in 2 to 3 days. Also, the acknowledgment e mail that is sent from your side makes further confusion, when it writes 3 contradictory statements.e. g. - Your visa Applicatin is incomplete.(while itβs complete) - Check Your payment status.( while the payment is successfully done) - Your visa will be processed in next 24hours.(with the above two contradictory statements) Over all, it was still simple compared to many other visa applications for many other countries. I found the iVisa process very helpful. There was a learning curve my first time through. I was glad that I did not have to repeat the information common to each of our three visas. However, find what I needed to do to complete each of the three visa applications was not clear to me at first. The delivery of the visas was as promised. All in all, I would be glad to use iVisa again.
The application process - Data entry was simple but uploading the Passport copies was not seamless but help in the form of the chat was available and the passports copies were finally uploaded from the back end. The updating process and communication was good. When we finally got our Visas the human error was spotted. Our exit date was inputted as the entry date so the validity of the Visa given to us was from the date we were exiting Baku. Trying to make contact for help - All we got for almost 30 mins from the the iVisa telephone assistance in Kolkata India was a recorded message saying the agents were not available (this at 2pm on a Friday). The UK number was answered but t was too early in the UK. One chat kept hanging and again it seemed as I was chatting with a machine. By this time things started getting frantic. Then an Agent came on one of the chats and I also emailed help (email id) in the middle somewhere. From here onwards they were in control. They accepted their error, apologised and went all out to rectify the error, keeping me in the loop at every step. By 7 pm - I had our amended Visa's in my inbox. Fantastic turn around. Your On line Support is Excellent. But Days took received the Visa.
I could not get my visa on evisa.mfa.gov.az because when taking a photo of passport it was too big for their system. The option was US 80 dollars! Had to contact your help desk who were excellent.

Quite good and helpful but different visa applicants completed somewhat different forms and paid different fees for visa to same country!
Just a couple of issues up loading pictures of passport, but we were able to email them so not a big issue.
A little bit delay for my second visa of Azerbaijan. But service is very nice . I will recommend to others also. It is very easy and reliable
