first review 1 star: it took more than 24 hours, but there is no payment back offered. In total it took 2.5 days. but a few days later the extra money was returned. Because of Corona, it took longer than expected.

I would have liked to see a big Notice that your OFFice NAME was issuing the XXX DOCUMENT on behalf of CANADA In relation to the web page to fill in the form for eTA Canada, it was very well explained all the possible problematic topics, but it was very difficult to find were to start filling the form, I went several times all over the whole explanations..
