Easy and quick service. 1 tip: inform about costs at starting point form
IN the pass very difficult to do visa, I understand why at the time but wasn't easy and it was expensive. This time was simple with good instruction and easy to fill in.
There was issues getting images accepted but the support system quickly sorted it.
Why I was not asked about number of multiple entry requests? Why was not asked to submit HR letter, Chinese company invitation letter or bank statements?
Filled out parts of the form suddenly are required to be filled out again
IVisa made the Process easier and streamlined the application. We have used them twice now and have been happy both times.
Service was good, allthough I would have appreciated getting the health declaration China, 2-3 days in advance. At the airport in Shanghai, I had to fill in missing flight data, which I did not expect. But that was done fast.
The price for the service is fair and the navigation of the website is top notch. However, the reason why I gave this review four stars is because the service I wanted didn't have an "express" service, and it was very time consuming to fill out my personal details. Everything else about the service is good.
Initially not happy with help desk person I was dealing with, she did not seem to understand my problem, however in the end everything worked out. The I received request to resubmit supporting documents that again caused some frustration, I have now been sent all the documents I need and all good.
took longer than promised but communication was good and fortunately we applied early enough. The holiday period had an impact we suspect. Kind regards, Alan
Delighted to receive our Chinese visa but it did take longer than we expected. There were several days of delay as I was asked to send the same information repeatedly. Also I was contacted via email as well as the ivisa.com status update so was sometimes not sure what was most up to date. I received the DHL notification of visa despatch before the status was updated as well. Staff on chat help did respond promptly which was appreciated. Thank you
The system / website kept sending me email messages after I had emailed required documents. Otherwise, it's a good system
Although took longer than expected, the company worked through problems with us and provided support when necessary. We got the Visa in time and as the date got nearer, they did everything necessary to ensure no hold ups. Good customer service overall.
customer support did a great job keeping me updated. took one star off as they said they would overnight Visa back, but shipped out two day....
The whole process of getting a visa to China seemed so daunting, but iVisa made it so simple. I didn’t have to leave my couch and was able to upload all the necessary documents from my phone. Super thankful! The only negative is that I started the visa process based on an email I was sent promising 30% off service fees upon checkout and I was NOT given that discount.
Pretty good. Uncomfortable paying upfront. Picky on some docs like China hotel reservation -- it all had to be in English, even though my name, dates, etc were in English. Good follow-up and customer service. Was able to reach a human by phone when needed.
The process of filling out the application was extremely easy and if any question needed to be addressed, the 24/7 chat session was there to assist. I only wish iVisa would have given a time-table saying how long it would take to process the application and how long to process once iVisa had the passports. IVisa was very good at telling you where you were in the process, but not the number of days for each process. And, I wasted three days trying to find A4 paper size paper to use for printing. Wished I would have known this at the beginning of the process because the paper had to be ordered.
The process for the Visa for China travel was quite easy, BUT, although we sent the information roughly 3-4 weeks in advance and the visa takes 5-7 days, we began to get quite anxious when our visas did not arrive until 6 days before our travel. And that was after contacting iVisa quite a few times over the phone. Which, by the way IS NOT EASY. At one time I had to call their London offices because I could not get through in the US.
All was a little effortless once I understood the correct paper work needed from the travel agency. Only issue is the need to get 10year visa unless you are a group of 2 or more. Can't see why that is a requirement.
The online process was very easy to fill out and the processing was also very quick. They also resize your passport photo so you don't have to worry about the Chinese visa photo size requirement.
