I am very sorry I used your service. You had my passport in Houston fro three weeks and waited until the 11th hour to take it to the consulate. I requested overnight delivery on Friday so I could leave on Monday the 13th and never heard from you. The Visa and passport are being delivered on Tuesday 14th October. I hope it arrives in tact. There is no recovery time thanks to your ineptness.

Your company has made the issuance of the group visa much easier. I suggest that the review of the documents should be made at least 3 weeks prior to issuance to alleviate pressure from the cleint's side.
