IN the pass very difficult to do visa, I understand why at the time but wasn't easy and it was expensive. This time was simple with good instruction and easy to fill in.

Why I was not asked about number of multiple entry requests? Why was not asked to submit HR letter, Chinese company invitation letter or bank statements?

Service was good, allthough I would have appreciated getting the health declaration China, 2-3 days in advance. At the airport in Shanghai, I had to fill in missing flight data, which I did not expect. But that was done fast.
The price for the service is fair and the navigation of the website is top notch. However, the reason why I gave this review four stars is because the service I wanted didn't have an "express" service, and it was very time consuming to fill out my personal details. Everything else about the service is good.

Maybe I'm just very naive, but representations on iVisa's website made me think I was actually going to be completing my visa application on their site. That is not the case. I also made it very clear that I wanted applying for a tourism visa to China. I found out after paying iVisa money for a health certificate, that a tourism visa to China is still not even being offered by the Chinese government. I'll take responsibility for not doing my homework with the embassy. However, I would have to say there is a bit of a shell game of deception on this site in my opinion.
I Apply for China Visa and i only got Healthy Declaration. So Stupid.
I was robbed by this site. I paid for you to get me a visa for China in 48 hours and not only you did not get me the visa but you refuse to refund me what I paid. That is simply a robbery. I am making a report to both Apple and my credit card.
I really appreciate the effort. However, it was unclear why I was asked for hotel itinerary, flight and hotel, and passport, and PCR test, and a Chinese Visa, when none of this was needed for a Health Declaration. The responses were fast, yet, very general and did not guide the process step-by-step as indicated the iVisa team could do. In the end, I have a Health Declaration which does not seem to be needed for Hong Kong or China at this time. I hope you can assure future requests are addressed with the most updated information about Visa and Health requirements. I realize the regulations are changing quickly - I believe this is the need, to keep up-to-the-minute on actual requirements of the day. Thank you! I look forward to working with you in the future. The customer support responded my email very quickly, but was not doing the right thing. The photo I received (both digital and printed) does not meet the consular's requirements. I added the guidelines to adjust the photo and ask them to reprocess it. However, the support did not read the message, but send me the same photo instead, assuming that I did not receive the photo.

Even though the passport photo didn’t pass the Embassy uploading test after many attempts, they were able to issue the refund as they promised to. I thought the photos were cut, but not. Also, my face was not in the middle of the photo even though I chose the manual review service. Pretty disappointed.
The drug is sent to wrong drug store for pick. I'm living in California. But it's sent to New York. It's service is garbage.
Cheating! Don't trust this business man. They even didn't nothing and asked you pay more. This is my first time use this online visa edit for my Chinese passport, but they did nothing and said if I need print copy can send it to US! I am not live in US, not for US passport either! Where is the company? Global cheating company!
It has been almost 48 hrs and I still haven’t received my digital copy. It said the max turnaround time is 4 hrs.
This was first time to use this service. It was very easy to use and got my digital copies back in less than 5 hours. The pictures were accepted by the authority. Yay! That was the most important process.

BE AWARE: This is NOT a visa place to get a visa from other countries. This is a place where they charge you $30 for you to fill out application and then you have to down load and then send the form to that country and to pay extra for visa cost. So please down load the form yourself from the country where you want to get the visa and its free, free, free. This is a ripped off and NOT honest, not nice at all. Google search for the country where you want to get the visa, then down load forms. Don't pay for these hopeless, misleading ads.
I Visa advertising that they get the visa for you. They "prepared" = printed out the forms I filled out on line (took me an hour!!), and send you to the embassy (2 hours away) to waist your time in the consulate, and charge $35 per person!! FRAUD
