I applied for a visa over 36 hours before my trip and the option for 24 hour processing was not available only 4 hour and 30 minute super rush so I feel like I was ripped off I send a email but they did not reply to me also the discount codes never work
Bad communication and no phone number to contact them also they charge you for something that don’t make sense and they can’t even finish the job don’t wast your money and time with ivisa

I thought the way the service is implemented is Preditory! I had almost 24-hours until my flight and still was forced to use the Super Rush $109 price instead of the 4-hour $64 price.

I made mistake on my original form I sent Check-MIG. I rushed a 4 hour turn around with iVisa on Check-MIG, I got it changes within 30 minutes. But upon reviewing my document I put the wrong name on the form for my Colombian passport. No cost change was great and Roman helped me through all of this.

Everything is marvelous. BUT : It isn't clear if a person, like myself, that we have double nationality needs to pay to return to visit my hometown. If the Colombian constitution allows double nationality, that is something that should be taken in account.

Giving it a 2* because if you're registing it by phone you encounter some unnecessary problem and you are charging customers to much for a free registration
I filled out required forms, paid for it and then 2 hrs later was Told there was something missing, there is no directive for what was. missing, but the sure didnt wait to charge me. absolutely disgraceful

You did not allow me the $22 option. I was well within your guideline timeframe yet you/ivisa only allowed me to do the $88usd option. Bait and switch. Flat out in my opinion stole my money. I have a fiance and dos ninos en Itagui. That money would have been used for clothes and more food.
