They offered Covid questionnaire but then did not send proof that health screening had been filled out. Horrible, lousy service. They ripped off an old lady (me). Very unhappy
the colombian check-mig visa is a real pain...many glitches...it went smoothly with ivisa coming back from colombia i was able to do it myself although they ask you if you got a pcr test to exit colombia...coming back to US, a pcr test is not mandatory...an antigen test will do; it is less expensive ($30 at Clocan labs)

Complete lack of communication i send email and chat with agent and no response since November 26th .. I request my full refund back for reporting incorrect dates to the colombian government for my flight. Your business is a waste of money and time for true customers
