As the link to the Colombian mig form would not complete the application we used Ivisa. Despite the cost it relieved a lot of stress Now we have everything completed and are ready to travel
They had a technical problem and they kept on touch with me via email to make sure that I was able to complete the check Mig they were a big help thank you however I'm still waiting for my check Mig

I did this on my home computer and it works fine. However when I tried it on my phone was a total disaster my father I think I need a new phone. My phone must be have a virus or something but when I did it on my home computer was fine and easy

Tried to use the Colombian website, not very user-friendly. iVisa got the job done in 25 minutes.
Perfect service. I paid for a rush job and had it within 15 minutes. I missed my original flight because of issues trying to use the site issued by the Colombian govt. It put me in a loop and no matter what I did I could not get any results and no contact info or phone number was made available. I checked into a hotel, got some rest and found this site in the morning and had the document I needed long before my rescheduled flight. Don't waste your time trying to use anything else. Great service- quick response.
The Check-MIF Form application for exiting Colombia is ridiculous; it's confusing and complicated. The exiting form should not have the same questions as for entry and the required responses should not be the same as for entry. There should be a customized for just for exiting.
I still have not received my mig form. My friends all got theirs for free yet I pay $20 and I’m still waiting. This will be the last time I pay complete rip off

Paid for a 4 hr rush service and it took 10 hrs. When I no longer needed it The customer service option is garbage. No chat, no phone to call. Could be better

It had incorrect nationality on my visa!!!! Also when asked about a refund according to their own policy they refused! And on the chat the person based in philipines just ignored me. His name is mhilez. The policy is clear: Special situations where refunds might apply on orders with Complete Status: If there is a delay in receiving your document caused by a processing error on our end, you might be eligible for a refund of your rush or super rush processing fee(s). They made a mistake and then just ignored me! DO NOT give them your money!

I put this rate because I have a bad experience with ivisa before, they did not explain for me about with they need clearly, the second thing, they did not make for me my request at the same time, they did not help me for my visa and at the end they finish my request at a sensitive time for me what it’s affected my trip and I arrive to Turkey then after 14 hours I return back to my country again .

Thank God for IVisa.com . I tried doing this through the Colombian MIG site and I would get to the last item and kept getting this message, "it is not possible to send the Pre-registration, you already have a record with the same travel data, verify the information"......Great but still no form. I found IVISA and within 30 minutes I had my form with a great deal of weight off my shoulders as we were to depart within hours. Thank you IVisa!
It was quick and easy however it is not communicating with my American Airlines. I am still unable to check in !! superfrustrated
Easy to do- that was the main thing. On line with Colombia did not work. On line with verifly also not working.
For some odd reason, I was unable to to complete the required international immigration form. This is very frustrating cause so much is on the line such as catching flight, hotel destination reservation, taxi waiting on me, and my darlings also expecting me. If I can’t complete required form, I won’t be allowed to board plane! BUT THEN THERE IS iVISA.COM TO THE RESCUE!! For minimal fee, iVisa completed my required form within 10 mins, no hassle!! No advance notice this document was required so unable to fly out on the date planned. One less vacation day. Had to pay almost double for another flight the next day, and unable to connect with my friend in Miami. American Airline workers at the kiosk and the American counter very rude and had no idea what form I needed to fly & provided no assistance.
It was fairly easy to fill out but I had to leave the ap a couple times and lost my info
