I thought i was paying for E ticket I had to get for my upcoming vacation. Don't need a Visa !! I feel I was scammed!!
Warning - scam! Don’t use this company. The ticket to enter the Dominican Republic is for free if registration is done via the official Dominican government site. Unfortunately, I only figured out after I made payment to iVisa. Therefore, I lost CHF 268.
Not acceptable that we have to find out about this immigration requirement at the airport. Therefore we had to pay 200$ for 4 people for the expedited approval. This is a rip off. Next year: Mexico
Forced me to pay for 30 minute eticket despite having 24 hours. Then wouldn't allow me to depart from dom Republic to u.s. It kept saying us doesn't require an eticket to reenter us. However dom rep requires an eticket to enter, and depart
They charged $108.99 for a Visa and provided a health document that’s provided free by the airlines. This company is complete scam and does not provide refunds for their scams. It’s unethical to do this.
This was not needed at all. I was charged $47 for something that was free at the airport. They didn’t even use my pass because it had been 5 days and it had to be within 3 days of travel which I did not know and was not told!
this is a rip off! the e-ticket (NOT visa) is free and its processed immediately on the government site...there is not need to charge $50 for rush delivery!
Charged me for an e-ticket that I already had. I didn’t need a visa waste of time and money check outside sources first
Could have got it for free my gilfriend got her free online from Dominican website
SCAM! Ivisa.com scammed me out of $116 for a FREE document. Their website will lead you to believe you must pay a fee to apply for travel documents when truthfully (this particular document) could be registered with no charge. I discovered (unfortunately after paying) three different links in the same article that were misleading and pricing their “service” at different rates. They will NOT offer a refund. Do your research before using this site and tread carefully.
es. ivisa. com/amp/dominican-republic-blog/tarjeta-de-turismo-para-punta-cana On the article they said that I needed to pay for a travel pass. At the end they charged me 48 dollars and the PDF received contained a free emited pre migration check done on the Dominican Republic website
Not well organized . Poorly laid out. Confusing. We are just trying to travel. We do not want to be spending time filling in endless reviews. : simply interested in travelling to the Dominican Republic, which is difficult enough due to Covid. Please try harder
Trying to cancel my order, could not find any contact information to call
The format of the visa is wrong, I cannot see it on the PDF file, I don't know what to do, I cannot travel with the document I recived
I seek out ivisa because I needed a visas to travel. I turned everything in and within 4 hours I received a complete email with a pdf that listed a QRS number. I was told the visa would be linked to the passport automatically. I decided to email the embassy to double check as I didn't want to waste my money and get stranded out of the country. To my surprise the embassy stated there was no visas linked to the passport. When I contacted ivisa I was told to follow a link. The link then says I need to continue on to get a health passport then I would be good to go. So I reiterate in the email, "so once I get the health passport I will be good to go" I was then I would still need to go to the embassy and apply for a visas. So what did I pay for exactly? Their reviews states they help people obtain visas but apparently all of that is fraud. They don't do squat. I am highly disappointed. Never will I ever use them again and never will I recommend them.
I issue that if I will not get the Visa they will give money back but they didn't send money
This site is a scam scam scam they charge you money for a free service don’t waste your money
