The application process itself was very easy to follow, however, not having had this experience before I did not realize that I don't have to pay by going to the government site itself, so I'm not happy to have had to pay for this!
I put 3 stars because some places didn't have drop down to select options. Also, it didn't show where the errors were when I couldn't submit.
I had trouble putting in the area code for my phone number. I had to apply for help.
This is to expensive we paid for 3 etickets 118 dollars Canadian.
I would have given more stars but felt like a bit of bait and switch. Early on in the process there was a countdown graphic that says you have 5 minutes left, then 3 minutes etc... Then after I clicked through I essentially had to put 12 more minutes of info in. Also, there should be an option that says, use the same as above. All 4 of us live in the same house, but I had to type the address and flight info over 4x. Super frustrating and not the best use of time
