One Ethipian visa was approved within 2 days. Then nothing I had to keeping asking. Chat service does not work properly seem to be Bots not humans. Eventually after 2.5 weeks and 3rd follow up this time by email I got my Ethiopian visa.

iVisa was more expensive than my previous application for the same visa. There was also a number of emails requesting information that was on the application before the visa was issued.

When I made a mistake of sending the document and my photo, I would like to know more detail reason.
you should have put the payment page at the very end of the application . After I had given all my personal data including crdeit card details , I had an unpleasant experience for half a day. I discovered that my crditcard had been charged after I had to abandon the application and closed the site . After the payment page the site demanded more data about my residence in Ethiopia AND my passport plus photo had to be uploaded. I should have had these data at the ready in digital form before starting the application.

This is so quick and fast. It reduces time to travel to various embassies for Visa to travel. sometimes you have to book hotels to stay and wait whiles your visa is being processed. But iVisa has made acquiring visas to travel more easier and very comfortable

This was the easiest process of obtaining a visa. No queues, no driving to Pretoria.
The service is great but admin fees for the visa are excessively expensive ? Almost same price as the visa itself. We use to pay less when going at the mission. Internet is about reducing cost so I do not understand the price : visa is 54 usd et admin fee 35 usd !! For a family of 4 people it is quit a budget.
