I paid £30 for a piece of paper. A piece of random useless paper. Entry to Metropolitan France from Green list country - UK is on the Orange list!!! Absolute scam.
they stuck by me! I had done my first photos wrong and they advized me to do some more which turned out the be good! they also 'painted out' the shadow on the back ground and blew my shot up... thanks...
This is a good, simple process. It may be in enhanced if you ask for a picture of my Covid vaccination card issued by the CDC. Thanks very much

you suggest the application is free, and in the end you charge. This is unfair & not transparent (There is a European law against this kind of practises);
For the amount of money I have paid for this service, I would have expected to receive 12 separated passport photographs, cut to measure, and not just a joint printout from the printer (which I can print by myself by the way). I was surprised and disappointed by this.
I received my photos within an hour! I need them for tomorrow, so was really pleased with the service.
Our passport photo was rejected at the consulate. Obvious photoshopping of the background made it invalid.

Edited from 1 to 4 today (one week later) because Customer Service reached out to me. Unfortunately it was too late to have my picture redone (my passport appointment had happened) but they apologized and refunded me. I ordered a picture for my french passport. There are very strict regulations that need to be followed, otherwise I would have done it myself. The regulations are listed on ivisa.com so I figured they would do it right. Unfortunately, the picture was not resized to the required standards, which made the service totally useless.
Truly horrifying experience! I chose the option where iVisa sent my photos to a Duane Reade for printing and they printed the WRONG size! How is that even possible? 1x1" instead of 2x2." This jeopardized my whole emergency renewal appointment as I had to leave the building to go get entirely new/different photos taken and on a tight time schedule, no less.
Exactly what I wanted. Job well done. I live in the country and the first photographer is about 45 minutes from me. iVisa was a good and easy way to have my passport photos without moving from my home.
